What is the parking fee?
Parking is $150 per slot, per month, per applicant. We also have assigned EV spots that are $215, per month.
What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?
One-time pet fee of $350 and pet rent $40/month for up to two pets. Breed Restrictions do apply.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
We do require renters insurance, it ranges from $15-$50 per month.
Is Alley 111 smoke-friendly?
No it is not.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Application processing takes about 2-5 business days.
What are my options for paying my rent?
You can pay rent vis our online portal with check, ACH, or credit card.
Which utilities are included in my rent?
Sorry, no utilities are included in rent.
What are monthly utilities charges?
$100-$150 per month. Water is based on personal usage; Trash/HVAC is based off building usage than allocated off the sq ft of your unit (Sewage is standardized by City of Bellevue for around $50-$80 per month of this cost).
Does my apartment come with internet?
It is not included in rent, but all of our studio, one, and two bedroom apartments are pre-wired with either Comcast (Xfinity), WaveG or CenturyLink. Fees are based off local promotions in our area.
What are the application fees?
The application fee is $65 per applicant.
Can I pay a hold fee or put down a deposit?
Yes, you can put down a $300 deposit to hold a unit.
How much is the security deposit?
Standard Deposit – $300 per unit or Increased Deposit – One Month’s Rent per unit. **We take your Hold Fee and Apply it to help cover the costs of your Security deposit once your application is approved.
Do you offer bike storage?
We do, and it’s free!
Do you have storage units available?
Yes! Our units are $55-$75 per unit, per month for a 4’ x 4’ x 8’ unit (L x W x H)
What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?
There is a non-refundable $300 admin fee per unit that is due at move-in.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes we do.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
Submit a maintenance request through the Henri community portal and our team will fix it is soon as possible.
What happens if I get locked out of my apartment?
Residents can call 206.973.1983 to reach our 24 hours emergency answering service and we can help you get back in.
