  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    You will need to sort your recycling and garbage. We have a trash chute system that accepts both!

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Your utility bill is based on your metered usage, number of occupants, and the total building usage and may be higher or lower. Your electric account will be set up separately through Puget Sound Energy and will be billed to you directly based on your actual usage. Internet and cable service will be your responsibility to setup and will depend on the rates and promotions at the time of sign-up

  • What is the guest policy?

    Persons not listed in the lease must not stay in the apartment for more than 15 days in any 12-month period.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we do!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Henri community portal and our team will address them as soon as possible.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    Residents can call (206) 973-1983 to reach our 24-hour emergency answering service and we can help you get back in.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, we require renter’s insurance with a $100,000 general/personal liability policy. Please contact the leasing office for more information on our renter’s insurance requirements.

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    You can pay rent online via our online portal with ACH or credit card. You can also pay by check at the leasing office.


  • What are the application criteria?

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Applications typically take 3-5 business days, but the timing varies based on the application and how soon we can collect the required documents. Please contact us in the leasing office if you have any questions!

  • Do you offer furnished units?

    We do not, but we can offer you a discount on monthly furniture rentals through our partner, Fernish. Ask our team for more information!

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    We do offer lease terms less than 12-months. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    You can put down a $99 holding deposit to secure an apartment at the time of application. This holding deposit will be applied to your total security deposit at move-in.

  • Are there any move in charges?

    The standard security deposit is $300 per apartment. The application may require an increased security deposit equal to one month’s rent. *We take your holding deposit paid at application and apply it to your total security deposit at move-in.

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    There is a non-refundable $300 admin fee per unit that is due at move-in.


  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, we have underground garage parking for $150/month per vehicle. We also have assigned EV spots that are $215/month. Public EV charging stations are available in our garage with a 3-hour time limit.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    Each apartment has quartz countertops, plank flooring, air conditioning with a Nest smart thermostat, large windows, stainless steel range, fridge, and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, open concept shelving, USB charging outlets, a garbage disposal, and more!

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we love animals! You can bring up to two pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 and pet rent of $40/month/pet for up to two pets. Breed restrictions apply. Please note that service animals are not considered pets and pet rent and fees do not apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable

  • Do you have storage units available?

    Yes! Our small storage units are $55/month and our large storage units go for $75/month.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, smoking is not allowed on the property.
